<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">During 2 months, over 150 students have attempted to join AIESEC or go for its international internship abroad. We thank each of them to show interest and encourage the ones who were not selected to continue relationship with AIESEC in future. So, we congratulate 52 students who have successfully passed all external selection procedures and we wish them good luck to unleash their leadership potential along the unique experiences waiting for them at AIESEC.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">AIESEC in Georgia has closed the Recruitment Fall 2011 for students to get involved in AIESEC as a member or go abroad for AIESEC&#8217;s International Internship. We have opened the application on September 10th, since then we directed the recruitment process in over 8 universities of Tbilisi within three rounds of deadlines: <strong>Round I</strong> - till September 20th, <strong>Round II</strong> - till October 10th, <strong>Round III </strong>till October 20th. Here you can see results of each Rounds. Round I selection is fully over and we have 16 students selected. Round II and Round III are just passed with Application Process and we have 80 candidates who needs to pass the following steps of selection: 1) Business Case, 2) Interview, 3) Education Month and 4) Matching/Allocation Process. Round II and Round III candidates will be contacted soon.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">JULY 15th, 2011 – AIESEC in Georgia National Plenary – The General Assembly has conducted the Member Committee President Elections 2011. In democratic and fair environment nine voting members have given their votes to two candidates: Levan Sumbadze (President of AIESEC in Georgia 2010-11) and Misha Tsaguria (Vice President of AIESEC in Georgia 2010-11). <strong>We congratulate Levan Sumbadze to become the President of AIESEC in Georgia 2011-12 </strong>and take another round of governance in the organization to make another growth and success stories happen.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">The General Assembly of AIESEC in Georgia has also successfully ratified the new National Constitution and Compendium; these documents align all internal and external processes and regulations of the organization including President Elections regulations and Membership Management. There have been over 50 amendments taken by the General Assembly in both documents. Also, Batumi representation has officially joined the AIESEC network and became full member Local Committee of AIESEC in Georgia.</span></p>

<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Since May 5, 2011 AIESEC has opened application for students in Georgia to participate in International Internship Exchange Program. Exchange Program is the most intense learning experience that we offer and links together our global network. Each year, we provide over 200 students of Georgia the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areas of management, information technology, education, and development.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">This time, over 190 students have applied to Development Internship Program for Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa and Asia regions; from which 60 students have successfully passed all selection stages. Selected students will take part in AIESEC Education Week and Project Matching Month where they gain essential knowledge about project management, leadership, team work and gain more information about the organization itself.</span></p>
