On 26th of December another historic opportunity opening has happened at AIESEC in Georgia – a chance to become a President of AIESEC in Georgia for term 2012 July – 2013 July. We have actively promoted this chance of the most incredible leadership experience at AIESEC over the global network, regions and national scale; as the result we have two amazing candidates (given in alphabetical order):

• Michael Tsaguria, Member Committee 10/11: Misha has taken many different positions at AIESEC in Georgia related to Exchange Quality and Growth Development and Sales, also have worked for LC Development during his last active term of 10/11 at MC. In Fall 2011 till January 2012 he took the GCDP experience in Ukraine and now ready to stand as a candidate for Member Committee President of AIESEC in Georgia. [Please, see more here.]
• Sofio Gachechiladze, Member Committee 11/12: Sofio’s experience at AIESEC is diverse and counts a lot of challenging experience on several layers of the organization, working with incoming exchange and LC Development. Currently she represents the MC 11/12 on MC VP LCD position. She has the internship experience in India and having great inspiration to become a Member Committee President of AIESEC in Georgia. During 2 months, over 150 students have attempted to join AIESEC or go for its international internship abroad. We thank each of them to show interest and encourage the ones who were not selected to continue relationship with AIESEC in future. So, we congratulate 52 students who have successfully passed all external selection procedures and we wish them good luck to unleash their leadership potential along the unique experiences waiting for them at AIESEC.

The students who have not been selected will be contacted on November 5, 2011. If you missed or not being selected and you would like to participate in our selection process, we leave the application online at http://go.aiesec.ge The applications you will send will be considered for next selection process in Spring 2012.

The Recruitment Promotion is over, but the selection is on going. As a result of Application Process, 42 students out of 80 have passed the Business Case stage. Please see the file attached below to find your name, date and time of interview.

Tips for Interview: Please dress comfortably, make sure you do not eat and drink much before the interview, do not learn any AIESEC materials by heart as they will not help. Interview is not academic background-related, just be honest, open and sincere while answering the questions.

AIESEC in Georgia publishes full reports of legendary cooperation with Free University of Tbilisi and its vision for 2015 development.

Since May 5, 2011 AIESEC has opened application for students in Georgia to participate in International Internship Exchange Program. Exchange Program is the most intense learning experience that we offer and links together our global network. Each year, we provide over 200 students of Georgia the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areas of management, information technology, education, and development.

This time, over 190 students have applied to Development Internship Program for Central and Eastern Europe, North Africa and Asia regions; from which 60 students have successfully passed all selection stages. Selected students will take part in AIESEC Education Week and Project Matching Month where they gain essential knowledge about project management, leadership, team work and gain more information about the organization itself.
